CHARACTERS
Amelia Kennedy (Jess Grundon) is otherwise known as an extrovert, who likes nothing more than to go out with her close friend, Yaz. She is level-headed, and always takes things with a but of salt. Yet, with the timely demise of her best friend, Amelia starts to see numbers among everyday objects, and - like any other teenager - begins to question her sanity.
Perhaps beings the only boy in school without any parents was why Dylan Grigg (Jordan Adesina) stuck so close to other people. But if there was one thing he had learnt in life, it was how to be brave. The son of a Naval officer who died in Iraq, Dylan has always wanted to follow in his father's footsteps and make his grandparents proud.
Rosie Buxton (Emma Greenhalf) dresses just as her name suggests - in anything that has a floral pattern, or vintage feel. She wishes that she was born in the eighties, and has a vinyl set to show for it. Deep down she is strong and independent and has always longed for adventure and danger.
Kris Hooks (Sam Kelly) doesn't consider himself as anything other than ordinary. He is serious about his martial arts and spends much of his time working out new moves and perfecting old ones. The remainder of his time is spent on schoolwork and hanging out with his friends, like most other kids of his age.
Emily Darwin (Archana Barathan) was originally born in Galle, Sri Lanka, and moved to England in the early 2000s when she was four years old. With a passion for art, she has won national awards for her paintings. Yet, not all lives can be perfect. She is generally observant and is quite intelligent. She is, in fact, the only person who understands Hayley.
Scott Brown (Ben Peate) is a kid in love with life. He is everybody’s friend and lights up a room when he enters it. He is smooth talking, streetwise, very clever and has the ability to disarm his adversaries with a quick smile and a smooth line. He fancies himself to be a ladies’ man. At school, you will find Scott hanging around the music rooms, telling stories in the quad or helping a kid out with a teacher problem.
Hayley Wolf (Celine Cresswell) loves the colour red ever since the day her mum gifted her Hayley's signature scarf on her twelfth birthday. However, she wasn't so fond of the colour after her mother died in a freak accident. At school, Hayley is very active in school events and good causes. Most of the kids in school look up to her and follow her examples.
